  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s Cool Climate Sauvignon Blanc 2016 (Orange/Hilltops) – A vibrant dry style showcasing intense guava and other tropical fruit flavours. The crunchy acid and well balanced fruit sweetness complement each other resulting in fantastic weight and length. Alc/Vol: 13%
  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s JJ McWilliam Pinot Grigio 2016 (NSW) – A fruit driven style, with a fresh and clean palate with good fruit intensity. Nice, soft texture on the palate but with a fresh and vibrating background acidity. The pear and green apple flavours follow through from the nose with nuances of mineral and floral notes. A moderate amount of residual sugar helps to provide weight and balance to this easy drinking food friendly style. Alc/Vol: 12%
