  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s Bagtown Jack “The Maverick” Red Blend 2015 (NSW) – Lifted red berries with hints of vanillin oak round out the palate to provide great length and texture. Balanced acidity, hints of cherry chocolate and lush soft tannins finish this wine beautifully. Alc/Vol: 13.5%
  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s Stuart McWilliam Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (Hilltops) – Classically structured, medium bodied Cabernet with silky cassis (blackcurrant) and dark chocolate fruit finishing with fine dry chamois tannins. Alc/Vol: 13.5%
  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s Cool Climate Shiraz 2015 (Hilltops/Gundagai) – Upfront layered dark forest fruits integrated with soft plush tannins and a lengthy palate. Structure of oak is intertwined with juicy fruit to provide a lingering finish. Alc/Vol: 14%
  • 3 bottles of McWilliam’s JJ McWilliam Shiraz Cabernet 2014 (South Eastern Australia) – The palate is soft and medium bodied, with flavours of red cherry and forest berries and fine grain tannins. Alc/Vol: 13.5%
