  • 3 bottles of Barwang Regional Range Chardonnay 2016 (Tumbarumba) – A smooth and linear palate with fresh honeydew melon and flinty acidity. Creamy cashew nut lees complexity from batonnage and a long and refreshing textural finish from barrel fermentation fill and complete the palate. The perfect accompaniment to seafood or chicken dishes. Alc/Vol: 13.5%
  • 3 bottles of Under & Over King Valley Pinot Gris 2017 (King Valley) – A refreshing palate of peach blossom and crunchy red apple balancing a zippy acid backbone that provides a textural finish. Try this one with spicy Asian dishes Alc/Vol: 12.5%
  • 3 bottles of McW 480 Tumbarumba Sauvignon Blanc 2017 (Tumbarumba) – McW 480 a celebration of the high altitude regions of New South Wales. Harvested from vines grown at an average of 480 metres above sea level for a distinctly cool climate style. A fresh wine showing intense passionfruit and other exotic tropical fruit flavours. The lively acidity & fruit sweetness is spot on coupled with a delicate mineral finish. Try this with fish such as snapper, sea bass and sole and steamed seasonal vegetables. Alc/Vol: 13%
  • 3 bottles of Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon 2016 (Hunter Valley) – Another classic wine of the Hunter Valley, Elizabeth combines the Semillon grape with its best growing region, the Hunter Valley. Classic citrus characters of Lime & lemongrass predominate with wonderful intensity and purity. Will go well with shell fish like Oysters, Clams and Mussells. Alc/Vol: 10%
