Tasting Notes:

2016 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc: the essence of Margaret River SSB, Semillon characters of herbs, lemon grass, melon and nectarine along with a twist of lanolin drive the blend with Sauvignon layers of lime zest, cut grass and passionfruit pulp adding a lovely lift. (Alc/Vol: 12.5%)

2016 Shiraz: A rich, ripe style driven by vibrant primary fruit aromas of mulberry and plum layered with earth, spice and peppercorn notes. A style with lovely texture and a silky mid-palate with flavours driving through the palate. (Alc/Vol: 14.5%)

2016: Sauvignon Blanc: Bright, lifted Sauvignon characters from a very good Margaret River vintage for this variety. Fig, passionfruit, cut grass and a touch of wild herbs. The aromas of this wine come across to the palate, to give you a wine that is vibrant, refreshing and long. (Alc/Vol: 12.5%)

2016 Chardonnay: An intensely up-front flavoured wine with ripe stonefruit, honeydew and rockmelon with fresh apple pie and shortbread notes from time spent maturing on yeast lees post-fermentation coming through on the middle palate. The finish is long, well balanced and gives an excellent clean lasting length. (Alc/Vol: 13.5%)

2015 Cabernet Merlot: Supple fruit core of redcurrant and cranberry notes and a touch of dried herbs with a lovely plum mid palate thanks to the contribution of the Merlot. Medium bodied but with great flavour length and overall balance. (Alc/Vol: 14.5%)
